Perfect base for exploring all of Phillip Island's attractions - Penguin Parade, Grand Prix track, Koala Centre etc. Only 8km to Penguin Parade! Linen and towels included in price, free car parking. Garage can hold a boat/bikes, has a billiard and fooseball table & darts. Free wi-fi! Great for families. Welcome travellers! The space Family and pet friendly (dogs allowed inside) 3 bedroom beach house. Walking distance to the popular Red Rocks beach (1km) and a 7min drive from Cowes Centre (2.9km). 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. Perfect base for exploring Phillip Island. This house is modern and spacious with coastal décor. It's designed to accommodate various types of travellers, especially families. There is a kids' corner in the garage and a kids' retreat bedroom indoors (with tv, dvd player and plenty of toys to play with). Split system aircon/heater and ceiling fans in the living room. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. There are also plug in space heaters in each bedroom for the colder months. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Double bed and single kids' trundle (upon request) You can enjoy the outdoors on the large deck equipped with a large oval table and a bbq. If you look close enough, we actually have a spot on the deck that you can see a glimpse of the water. Maybe you can find it ? :) The garage has a pool table, fooseball table, cd player and dart board to entertain adults and kids alike, but can also store a car, bikes or boat if necessary. All linen and towels are included in the price. Free parking on premises. Not even a 5min drive to the Andersons Boat Ramp. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach is provided. A lovely quiet location, fully fenced yard, secure for kids and pets too. Pets welcome inside the house on dog bed provided or you can bring your own. Dog bowls provided too. Phillip Island is a great place to visit and spend some time exploring or just relaxing on one of its gorgeous beaches . So much to do and see! Feel free to try us out 🙂. Other things to note - Please advise upon booking if you require the single trundle made up as it is made up upon request only. -We rent 2 beach homes in Cowes (2km apart) - The Nautical Mile Beach House on Koala Street and Pebbles Beach Retreat on Scenic Drive. Both 3 bedrooms and close to town and beach (family and pet friendly)- can be rented together or separately for larger groups. Host off premises but contactable any time via phone or email.
